Nice is what women are often taught to be.
The good girls, the putting other people’s needs before themselves.
They can be taught be pleasant and not make a fuss.
Authenticity is replaced with a façade of niceness.
Boundaries are trodden on, if they even existed at all.
It’s time to honour yourself, your feelings and your energy.
