It’s time to recognise all that you have been through, the challenges that you have faced and continue to face, and honour how you truly feel about them.
We can often try and put on a brave face or focus on the positives, but denying the truth only buries the pain and discomfort, it doesn’t heal, resolve or allow it to pass though you
It sits there accumulating more, waiting to get your attention.
Hold space for yourself to feel your feelings, do what you need to do to let go and move on.
You no longer need to carry the pain within you.
You certainly don’t have to do it alone.
