It’s important to know yourself, but even more important to know yourself when you’re tired, stressed, feeling triggered, or provoked by events and people around you.

Know yourself well enough that when you find yourself being or feeling challenged, you can stand your ground, feel deep into your centre, know your values, and believe in yourself enough that you can respond appropriately, rather than reacting from a place of fear, pain or anxiety.
